NIKOS ANASTASIOU (CEO)

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

 

Nikos Anastasiou is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing and coordinating the performance of the company’s departments to ensure efficient operations and sustainable growth.

 

With more than 30 years of experience in program and project management, business development and operation of large-scale projects, Nikos has built extensive expertise in PPP and concession projects. He served as a member of the BoD’s Development Committee for the first airport concession project in Russia and, from 2012 to 2015, as Vice President and executive BoD member for three concession projects in Greece.

 

Over the course of his career, he has gained significant experience in leading and coordinating multicultural and multinational teams across a wide range of international projects and industries.

 

Nikos holds a Civil Engineering Diploma from the University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University.

CHRISTINA LAMPROPOULOU (CLO)

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

 

Christina Lampropoulou is the Chief Legal Officer at IAHC, overseeing the company’s legal affairs and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. Her role includes the provision of strategic legal advice, managing legal risks, and leading the Legal Division to support IAHC’s operations and growth.

 

A qualified lawyer with an LLB and LLM, Ms. Lampropoulou is a member of the Athens Bar Association with long-term experience in the development and financing of large-scale public and private infrastructure projects, focusing on commercial and corporate legal aspects.

 

Ms. Lampropoulou’s professional background includes in-house legal roles within the GEK TERNA S.A. Group and positions at top-tier law firms. At IAHC, she plays a key role in the contractual implementation of the airport project.

MARK HANEKE (CBDO)

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

 

Mark Haneke is the Chief Business Development Officer at IAHC, responsible for leading aero and non-aero revenue generation, air service development, marketing, and property management. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Haneke has worked with major airlines including American Airlines, Lufthansa, and Swissair/Swiss International, mainly in network planning, market development consulting, and airport air service development marketing.

 

Mr. Haneke brings a unique aviation perspective, having collaborated with airlines, airports, and travel industry stakeholders worldwide. His extensive expertise spans network planning, yield management, alliances, international relations, and air service development.

 

He holds an MBA from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas, Arlington.

ALEXANDROS NOUTSOS (CTO)

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

 

Alexandros Noutsos is the Chief Technical Officer at IAHC. A Civil Engineer by training, he graduated from the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace with an MEng in Civil Engineering.

 

With twenty five years of experience in the aviation and airport sectors, Mr. Noutsos has played pivotal roles in major airport projects worldwide, including Eleftherios Venizelos (Athens, Greece), Queen Alia (Amman, Jordan), New Jorge Chávez (Lima, Peru), and São Paulo/Guarulhos (Brazil). He has also contributed to the management and development of Fraport’s 14 regional airports in Greece and served as Aviation Director for Terna S.A. at Kasteli Airport.

 

Mr. Noutsos joined IAHC to oversee technical operations, leveraging his extensive expertise across technical departments, consultancy, and construction management in the aviation sector.

ATHANASIOS TARALAS (CFO)

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 

Taralas Athanasios is the Chief Financial Officer at IAHC, bringing over fifteen years of experience in financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Mr. Athanasios specializes in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management across diverse industries.

 

He is particularly adept at building high-performing teams, optimizing financial operations, and implementing innovative tools to enhance profitability and shareholder value. He advises executive leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives. At IAHC, he leads comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes and develops reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making.

 

Mr. Taralas holds a degree in Business Economics, an MSc in Business Economics and Social Studies from the University of Wales Swansea, an MBA from ALBA Business School, and an Executive Diploma from INSEAD.

ALOK SRIVASTAVA (CO-CFO)

CO-CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 

Alok Srivastava is the Co-Chief Financial Officer at IAHC, responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, resource optimization, and compliance with international standards. His role includes overseeing financial planning, contracts, audits, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to support IAHC’s operational performance and long-term growth.

 

A seasoned executive with an MBA and a degree in engineering, Mr. Srivastava brings nearly 30 years of international leadership experience across the airport, energy, shipping, and infrastructure sectors. He has led multibillion-dollar capital raising initiatives, complex financial restructurings, mergers & acquisitions.

 

Mr. Srivastava’s professional background includes senior executive roles within the GMR Group, where he oversaw international funding, finance, and regulatory compliance. At IAHC, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial resilience and operational efficiency.

ANDREW WALSH (COO)

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

 

Andrew Walsh is the Chief Operations Officer at IAHC, bringing over thirty-five years of experience in operations roles across airports, airlines, and aviation service companies. He has held senior roles at leading companies such as British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Oman Air, Dubai Airports, and GMR International Airports, with experience spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

 

Andrew is a skilled regulatory post-holder with expertise in compliance and safety assurance. He has led ORAT processes, licensing for new airports in the Middle East, and infrastructure projects involving automation and technology. He has led large customer service teams, focusing on service excellence both on the ground and in-flight. Andrew’s executive responsibilities include managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, corporate restructuring, strategy, and business planning.

 

An engineer with an MBA, Mr. Walsh combines technical expertise with strategic business insight.
