
Nikos Anastasiou has more than 30 years of professional experience in project management, business development, and large-scale infrastructure operations, specializing in public-private partnership projects and concessions. He was a member of the Development Committee of the Board of Directors for the first airport concession project in St. Petersburg, Russia, and from 2012 to 2015, he served as Vice President and executive member of the Board of Directors for three concession projects in Greece.
Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience in managing multicultural and multinational work teams in the context of international projects in various sectors.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a master’s degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University.

Christina Lambropoulou has served as legal counsel within the GEK TERNA S.A. Group, as well as at top-tier law firms. She has significant experience in the development and financing of large-scale public and private infrastructure projects, focusing on commercial and corporate legal aspects.
She is a qualified lawyer with an LLB degree from the University of Reading and an LLM degree from the London School of Economics. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

With twenty-five years of experience in the aviation and airport sector, Alexandros Noutsos has played a key role in major airport projects worldwide, such as Eleftherios Venizelos (Athens, Greece), Queen Alia (Amman, Jordan), New Jorge Chávez (Lima, Peru), and São Paulo/Guarulhos (Brazil). He has also contributed to Fraport’s construction projects for the 14 regional airports in Greece and has served as Aviation Director for TERNA S.A. at Kastelli Airport.
A Civil Engineer by training, he graduated from the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace with an MEng in Civil Engineering.

With over thirty-five years of experience in operational roles, Andrew Walsh has held senior positions at airports, airlines, and aviation service companies, such as British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Oman Air, Dubai Airports, and GMR International Airports, with experience spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and America. He is a skilled regulatory post-holder with expertise in compliance and safety assurance. He has led ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer) processes, new airport licensing in the Middle East, and infrastructure projects involving automation and technology.
He holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey.

Athanasios Taralas has over fifteen years of experience in financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic development in the energy and trade sectors.
He has significant experience in optimizing financial operations and implementing innovative tools to enhance profitability and shareholder value. He provides strategic advice to management, ensuring that financial objectives are aligned with organizational goals.
He holds a degree in Business Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Social Studies from the University of Wales Swansea, an MBA from ALBA Business School, and an Executive Diploma from INSEAD.

Alok Srivastava has 30 years of international experience across the airport, energy, shipping, and infrastructure sectors. He has led the financing of major investments, complex financial restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. His professional background includes senior executive positions at the GMR Group, where he was responsible for international financing and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Marine Engineering and Research Institute.

With over three decades of relevant experience, Mark Haneke has held executive positions at major airlines such as American Airlines, Lufthansa, and Swissair/Swiss International, primarily in the areas of network planning, market development consulting, and airport air service development marketing.
He holds an MBA from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Arlington.
